Welcome to my cooking class in Venice.
My name is Francesco Colabella. I offer an intimate and authentic Italian cooking experience, designed for anyone interested in learning how to prepare a traditional meal—from beginners to experienced cooks.

Each class is limited to a small group (maximum five guests),

so I can provide personal attention and guide you through every step.

You’ll begin by preparing a classic Italian dessert—homemade tiramisù—followed by learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch, using only flour and eggs. You can also choose your preferred pasta dish from a curated list of regional recipes.

I take care of all the ingredients and materials. At the end of the class, we’ll sit together and enjoy the meal we’ve prepared.

This is a complete culinary experience that combines technique, tradition, and high-quality ingredients in a welcoming and relaxed setting.

Location

My cooking class takes place in my cozy home in Giudecca, a peaceful and a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Venice, away from the crowds and easy to reach by waterbus.
