Meet Francesco

Francesco Colabella is a passionate cook and fingerstyle guitarist based in Venice.

Originally from Corato, a town in the province of Bari (Puglia), he moved to Venice to pursue his two great passions: cooking and music.

He graduated in Chinese Language from Ca’ Foscari University in 2021.

In 2023 he created a unique culinary experience in his home in Venice, where he teaches visitors from all over the world how to prepare authentic Italian dishes.

At the end of each class, he delights his guests with live guitar.

Francesco’s musical style blends melody, harmony, and percussive techniques, creating a rich and engaging sound.
